I got a two pack a few years ago at costco and it was about $20. These things last forever and are way better at cooling you off that the fans with squirt bottles. They don't get you near as wet and the mist is much cooler (or at least it seems so.)
Also, my son absolutely loved it. He was 2 at the time and he loved moving the little nozzle back and forth to make it work. He didn't even break it. Total shock. Don't even pay the big bucks for these. I'm sure you can get them at a local store for pretty cheap, but the bandana things give me a brain freze and it hurts long after you take them off.
Have a great time. I would also suggest getting a couple if you're going with kids because they tend to fight over it if it is very hot or for the first few minutes of use or whenever the other one wants it.

and
You can get them at Sports Authority - dh is a backpacker and a marathon runner so he has two!! One for running holds maybe a liter of water - it straps on like a fanny pack - and has a clear plastic tube that you get the water from the pak to you... dh isnt into ice water - and trust me on this point - do not pack ice water in your carry on luggage on the plane!! (who knew dh has sensitive stuff in *my* carry on?? DH just isnt an ice water fan - that I knew...
