Which would you choose to go on first on EMH day at Epcot? Do you get a FP for one and ride the other while waiting?

Test Track is a far more popular ride - if you get in during early entry, I would get FastPass for Mission Space and head directly to Test Track. Am not sure how much difference it will make - I can tell you that during busy times, FastPass for Test Track can be gone by noon or 1 pm for the rest of the day.

Guess it may not make a big difference - especially since they located right next to each other. We've done Test Track first and then gone to Mission Space and not had a really long wait - that was in October/November...

without a doubt I would go on Mission:Space 1st. It is newer than test track and will have longer lines. I usually end up getting a fast pass for test track or just riding single rider anyway. Personally, I could take or leave test track anyway. I would much rather prefer mission space.

TT has longer lines - go to TT first and if the wait time is too long for you get FP's and then go to MS and you may have to go to other attractions as well before you can go back to TT and use your FP's

Consider using the singles line at TT to cut back your standby wait time

plan M:S around when you have your meal. If you eat before entering the park, stick with the safe side and do it 2nd... otherwise you should just go for M:S 1st, especially if you have never ridden it before.

However, I was just in WDW earlier this month, and EVERY time I went to M:S, there was less than a 5 minute wait!

FP for TT first. TT will have longer lines. MS still has people backing out so lines wont be as long. This was the case in Dec and Mar.

Quickly check the line for TT. If not a long wait send someone to MS for FP. Then after you ride TT go to MS.

I expected the lines at MS to be huge because it's new - not the case. Test Track is still a bigger draw. We were there last December and walked right on at MS while the wait at TT was huge.

Gail, I would do TT first if there isn't much of a line and then M:S. Both in December and a few weeks ago, TT had a massive wait (about 30-45 minutes) and M:S had about a 5 minute or less wait. You can get a FP for M:S first if you like as well before you go to TT. Also some people get hit badly on M:S and riding TT after wasn't the best idea they said. It didn't bother me, but you never know :)

This is what we did, just because it made some traffic sense. Get a FP for TT first, you will be going right by it. My DH went to get TT FP and I went on line at MS. Then because we did a baby swap when he caught up we got the baby swap pass. My DS (10) got to do MS twice then right on for TT.

Unofficial GUides touring plans say get the FP at TT first, then go on Mission Space.

We go quite often and have always went staight to TT for a FP then walked next door to MS and have never had a long wait.

I would do test track first. Mission Space when we were there 2 weeks ago was a virtual walk on all day long. No lines whatsoever. CM at the gate said 5 min wait for the whole day. Guess everyone chickens out once they get in line!! Test Track though had lines all day long, so I would fast pass that, ride it then come back and ride again!! We love this ride.

I agree with the previous posters... I would just do/stand in line for Test Track. If it's the first thing in the morning, there shouldn't be a huge wait. We just walked to Test Track and got right on. Then we walked over to Mission Space and got right on...
Although, I would consider a bit of a wait between the two. I'm a real ride lover. But after Mission Space, I did get a big woozy afterwards...

I would go on Mission Space first. I liked Test Track but I liked Mission Space just a little better. :hyper:

If someone in your party works for general motors you can get in thru the side door during regular buisness hours m-f, during other hours and weekends go thru the gift shop check in at the desk on the left.and have very little wait to ride TT. They willl have to show their work I.D. for proof.

Thanks for all the great advice. We actually did get to go through the employees entrance for TT about 3 years ago so I've had no experience with the actual line.

I actually work for MetLife but at the time Wonders of Life closed early (post 9/11) so they let employees have priority status at TT. Alas, that's no longer the case. :D

Are that many people seriously changing their minds in the Mission:Space line??? Why is that? Is it just its reputation for making people feel queasy? Is there some part of the ride you can see that would make you freak out after you've already been standing there for a while? Just wondering, because you don't usually see tons of people making a beeline for the chicken exit on ToT or anything else that seems just as intimidating.
