This is only my second post, so I thought I would ask a question of Ride GOERS !!, What did you think of Mission Space your first time ! and did anyone get sick !

I thought the ride was Extra Special, a real thrill ... ( 3 time rider )

I voted above average. It's really an amazing ride and my new favorite at EPCOT, but it seemed lacking in some way. I don't know exactly how to explain it but it just seemed like something was missing. It's still a great ride though and I'll defiantly be going on this one again.

I think it's a great concept with some impressive effects. But there's nothing interactive about it at all. Coupled with the nausea or disorientation many folks feel, and I think the number of people re-riding the attraction will not be as high as with some of the classic attractions. So it ain't Primeval Whirl, but it ain't Splash Mountain either.

Just my $0.02.

We loved it, and rode it 3 times last trip. It's one of the things that guarantees that it won't be too many years before we return to the Mouse.

Kungaloosh!

I voted Above Average - to be excellent, there should be customised endings based on crew actions or lack thereof

thanks

I thought it was excellent!! I loved it... I rode it probably 6 or 7 times on our last trip. Never felt sick at all. I can't wait to ride it again!!

My DH and I visited last week. In spite of my attempts not to let the warnings get to me, they still made their impact. The first time on MissionSpace, I spent the whole ride concentrating on how I felt and if I was getting sick. After the ride, my DH commented that he thought the ride was too short. I wondered how he could think that as it seemed long to me.

What a difference it makes if you just relax. I went back for seconds and LOVED it - After thirds and fourths, I agreed, the ride is just too short. My DH had to bribe me to get me to leave and explore the other rides!!!:teeth:
