So I hear there is a great cubby hole to put your back pack in is it big or small and why dont all rides have this. Plus has anyone else used this and have you had problems with things falling out while you are on the ride? Can you bring a back pack on test track with no problem? as you can see im so excited I will be there next friday!!!

Yes I've used the MS and no nothing will fall out...it's a pull down drawer so all is safe and sound. It's a very good size space.

You can bring backpacks on ALL rides at WDW.Some have cargo net type places in front or under the seats to stow your backback ,gear etc.Test Track has a cargo net. Some rides(like ToT andRnR) ya just got to hook your backpack on your wrist with it held on the floor with your ankles and hold on!!! It's really NOT hard!!

If you're really concerned on your cameras etc getting messed up while riding what I have done in the past is do some filming then rent a locker and put my video camera in there for safe keeping.Although I've taken my video and digetal on ALL the rides and they're fine! :D

thats why I love disney because they think of everything when making rides.

Im pretty certain they use centripical force to create the g-forces for launch. If something were to fly out it would probably do real damage to someone and that's why they have the drawer. Some other rides do have places for bag, but I cant think of another ride, where things could be so dangerous.

DH and I both carry backpacks at WDW. You really don't need to worry about Test Track. I just put the backpack between my feet. I didn't really need to even hold on to it. Whenever I am in doubt, like Space Mountain, I just put the arm strap around my leg. (You know, step through it.)

Enjoy!

I carry around a huge beach bag with my camcorder and camera in it along with loads of other stuff. It easily fits in the compartment on mission space, and fits nicely between my legs on test track. I have never lost anything, even on dinosaur where you are thrown about, so don't worry. Everything will fit fine and be perfectly safe! Have a great time!
