Mission Space: Article about the technology behind the attraction

Machine Design article that explains the technology. I found this link on RADP and wanted to share it here on the DIS.

I was at WDW last week and rode Mission Space four times over the course of my trip. I think that it's my new favorite ride.

Good link, how were wait time s to ride Mission Space?Did you use fast pass or go at certain times to avoid long waits?

I picked up a fast pass on Sunday at 2:05PM that was good from 3PM to 4PM. In my week at WDW, I never saw the standby time longer than 20 minutes. And the single rider line was essentially a walk-on.

I guess that a lot of people have been scared away from that attraction. The lines were MUCH longer for Test Track.

Thanks! I can't wait to read it! We are rather obsessed with MS now too, rode it twice in a row last Thurs. We had no line either time, they were waiting on us! Wait time said 5 mins, but there was none. It really is an incredible ride and like nothing else we have ever experienced. I am curious to know how fast that thing was spinning as we could not tell that it was. Off to read!
