Missing tickets

Hi. I booked my hotel and park tickets through Walt Disney Travel Company but when I linked my reservation on MDE only the hotel shows, I can’t see the tickets. Is this normal? I’m worried about making my park reservations. Thanks

After receiving the cancellation for the MNSSHP party, I went to check my MDE and all my tickets had disappeared too ...they appeared again this morning.
