I'm feeling a bit stupid so hoping someone can help. Yesterday I booked a couple of nights which I'd been given as complimentary due to issues on our February trip. I had to ring 407 939 4997 and the CM was superb during the booking and extremely helpful. As we're DVC members I wrongly assumed that the reservation would appear in our DVC account and I'd receive the normal email confirmation.
As nothing arrived I did online chat where the CM explained that this wasn't the case as it was a different type of reservation. Stupidly I didn't make a note of the reservation number. Today I've tried numerous times to contact Disney reservation centre on the same number but with a repeated message that the number is unavailable. Any help would be gratefully received as I've got no confirmation that I've actually got the booking.
