Missing Photos?!

I just uploaded my Disney PhotoCD from my Photopass+ and I am missing 14 photos. Has anyone had this happen?

I sent them an email and they are not open for a phone call until tomorrow...

Not that many -- I had a couple where they gave us pics of someone else. I just gave them the approximate times the photos were taken and what we were wearing, etc., and they were able to get me the correct ones. Don't think we had any actually missing as much as just wrong photos.

We had an issue with missing photos while we were at DL I downloaded our pics and there was a tonne of pics missing from my DS first time seeing Mickey obviously something I wanted to have as I didn't take many pics myself as we wanted to enjoy the experience. Went into the photo shop the next day and they searched and searched for 45 mins and then discovered there must of been an issue with the photographer.

Long story short the wonderful lady at the camera shop arranged a private meeting
For DS to have the pics taken again he was the first person to see Mickey that day we spent at least 10mins with Mickey and made sure there was plenty of pics on our camera as well as photopass and the CM who escorted as to meet mickey had our camera taking pics

I had posted this tip on WDW board but I'm sure it applies at DL as well.
When you purchase photopass+, make sure you ask the photographers to take at least 1 picture with your camera as well. Doesn't matter if it's a phone camera or a dslr. This way you can crosscheck your pp+ pics with your own camera.

If you think you've lost some pics, when you submit a missing photo tix they will ask TONS of info so they could search for your missing pics. The more info you have the better chance of them finding it. They ask the number of people in the pics, ages, what you're wearing, time and place etc.
Honestly with so many pics we take during our vacation there is no way I could remember all that without a copy of the picture in our own camera.

Also, take a picture of the ride photos with ticket numbers attached to them. I know people sometimes look at you funny but that's the best way to keep a record if Disney forgets to upload the picture into your account.

Hope they can find your 14 pictures!
They're really good about it once you give them as much info you have.

I had that happen at Disney World. We actually had photos from 3 separate events missing. They were only able to find one set, the other 2 they told me there must have been an issue with the camera. Luckily I had also taken the photos with my camera, but it still was disappointing. I called and they asked detailed questions about date, time, who was in the photos, what they were wearing, location, etc.

Thankfully we found the missing pics. The pics were of my boys at Jedi Training and I really wanted them.

Disney continues to amaze me with their customer service!
