Missing Ding!

This morning when I went to check my ding icon it was missing. I went to SouthWest and downloaded ding again. It went through the process and said the download was complete, I went back to check the icon and it still wasn't there. Has anyone had this happen? I'm obsessed with checking the dings daily for my flights, I need to get my ding icon back. Suggestions?

Can I hijack here? This has never happened to me but I just recently downloaded ding and it seems to be working, or at least it dings . BUT, once I click on and get to the "message" which says to click on for specials nothing happens. Am I supposed to go onto the website once I hear a ding? I tried that but can't find the specials listed there either. Am I a "Ding-Bat"?
