Missing class for WDW- what would u do?

I don't know what kind of college you go to, but I don't see why you would even consider lying about it. It's not like high school. You are choosing to go to college and you are paying for the privilege. If you decide you want to miss 3 days for a trip, it is your decision and I don't see any reason why the profs would care.

Just tell them you are going to be going out of town and ask what you will miss on those days.

I would tell them and do whatever assignments they give you on the plane.
