Missed Toy story FastPass :-( any chance it will open up?

Hi,
I was so excited to get FOP for my DD sweet 16 trip, I completely forgot my strategy,w e are a party of 8.

Also free dining was released that morning so computers went down.... I had to go to work
When I was able to check at work to finish toy story gone and I realized my fatal flaw. That was not my 2nd FastPass, I just finished my day. Then website went down.

Has anyone stalked a popular FastPass and got lucky?
Also on a crazier note. Any chance Disney would throw me pixie. Who would I even call to say this is my DD sweet 16 part and any chance I can get 8 toy story fastpasses cause website died
I know I’m nuts

Maybe they throw me a bone with my 98 dining reservations .... and say throw this girl a FastPass... she goin for broke

Yes, plenty of experiences here of people getting coveted FPs. Just takes luck and dedication in refreshing as people change their plans and drop their FPs ... though for eight people, that might be hard.

Have you tried looking for overlapping times in smaller parties vs. booking for eight?

I would not expect Disney to just give you any FPs. There are too many people celebrating too many things for them to do that.

Are you talking about FPs for Toy Story Mania? Also, is your trip all pre 6/30, or after?

hopefully your trip is past June 30 because as of now there are no FPs for Toy Story until new Land opens. Toy Story is stand by only

We were initially so upset not to get FP's for our trip 2nd week of April. But we hit pixie dust. The FP line close was delayed and we were able to get a FP while there on the 11th & 12th.
