Missed BounceBack Offer even though I was there!!!

I stayed at POFQ August 27-Sept.1 but for some reason the offer for Bounce Back free dining eluded me, and I want it so badly again, would I be able to call and get the same offer, since I was staying on site during the designated time but never saw the option available??!!
 
I think the answer to your question is no. But, you can always call and try. The most they can say is no. But, your best best may be to call the special number that was given for the promotion. I don't have it anymore but someone on the board may.

No once you have left the resort that's it. you must call from the resort while you are there, you are not the first one to have missed it.
 
I would just give a call anyway. It can't hurt; the worst they can say is no. Maybe they'll offer it again in the spring if they didn't get enough from the bounceback offer!! Good luck.
 

I called and they said no, but I'm going to try calling again (while I'm not at work!) That stinks though, because I totally would've booked right there. I still am probably going to go at the end of August/beginning of Sept. next year, but they're losing out on my expendable income on the spot!
 
I checked out of riverside on sunday 9/16 and asmusic on 9/17 and never saw anything about the bounce back, I guess I am out of luck.
 
Don't feel bad, you are not the only one. We were at POR 9/6 - 9/15 and knew nothing about it either.
 
DSis and I were at POFQ from 9/01 - 9/09 and the only place we saw anything about this promotion was on the resort TV channel in our room. In the dining segment, the first thing that popped up was the bounceback offer with instructions to call 8844 before checkout.

Even though we were aware of the bounceback, we did not book it. We had free dining last year, and we could have had it this year, too, but opted instead for the great AP rate for our room and mostly counter service meals instead, which saved us quite a bit.

The two main reasons we didn't book the bounceback during our stay this year was when we had free dining last year, we ate way too much (and wasted too much as well), and ADR's tied us to a strict schedule with not much opportunity for spontaniety.

Also, for us, affordability of a WDW trip is a big issue and it is more economical to book with a room discount and eat lighter meals (another plus being the lighter meals don't leave us feeling so stuffed). Don't get me wrong, most of the TS food was great and we have some real favorites, but in the future, we will likely stick with the room discounts and pick one or two TS restaurants during a stay.
 
We checked out yesterday and also did not receive the bounce back offer. My DH and I were hoping to go for our 15th Anniversary next Sept. but we lucked out. I was going to call to ask about it while we were still there but DH said he would rather I didn't because he would rather go in May since our Anniversary is actually May 8th and not in Sept.
 
I read about the deal before we left for our trip. Otherwise, I might have missed it. We didn't get a flyer even though our in-laws, who stayed next door, did receive one.
 
Disney has information about bounceback playing on their wdw resort update tv channel. I know not everyone actually checks out the wdw update channel but because it is broadcast in every resort room Disney can argue that all resort guests had access to the offer during their stay even if they didn't receive a flyer or tent card in their room. Because of this I think they are going to be very strict when it comes to following the rules about needing to book the bounceback before you depart WDW.
 
I was at Riverside from 9/14 through 9/17 and had a flyer in my room, but it was a little confusing. We chose not to take the offer because September at WDW ain't what it used to be. I would call and speak with a supervisor because it is apparant that they had flyers in the rooms and your room did not. I have to guess that the previous guests took them and they were not replaced...not your fault! Good luck.
