What rides or attractions that no longer exist at Disney do you miss the most?

For me it's the 20,000 Leagues subs and the Mickey Mouse Review movie. The latter was a long time ago, but I remember it being one of my favorite things back then.

Mr. Toad is a good choice. They have it at DL still. I also miss the old version of the Tiki room, I mean Iago and Zazu (sp) are okay, but I still like the original show.

"Horizons" at Epcot

"Mr. Toad´s Wild Ride" and "If you could fly" at MK

I agree with Mr. Toad & the Original Tiki Room. I also miss Cranium Command now that they've closed WoL.

I miss the Stepping Tones from JIYI......

*Edited to add Millenium Village & Tapestry of Nations to the Missed List*

I miss World of Motion- always loved the ending of it.

Ok, I don't remember much of the older rides even though I've been there 289347012348 times. But I do remember Mr. Toad, and yes I miss that.

But... there is one thing I've always had in my mind, but since I've gone back it must of been gone. It was a ride in the Living Seas. My older sister varified there was a ride there once. I don't remember what it's called or anything about it (just like world of motion and 20000 leagues under the sea) but I have this kinda video scrap of it in my mind (I don't even know if its good or not).

And I miss Horizons, because when you went thru it one of the ways you picked you would go by and smell oranges.. YUMM :)

How about "If You Had Wings-had wings, had wings, had wings, had wings..." :D .

Hands down, Horizons is my most missed. 20K Under the Sea always creeped me out when I was a little kid, especially the squid and sharks. I've got my SCUBA certification, but when looking at old pictures of the ride, I still feel a twinge of nervousness still today. Kinda weird, I know, but those childhood fears are tough to shake.

My sister was telling me about some ride that used to be in living seas. There was some structural remnant of it that I noticed in the aquarium and she was trying to describe the ride. It was gone by the time I went threre for my first time.

It would be interesting to hear more about it. I wonder if there is a ride archive anywhere online that shows pictures of old rides.

The only ride that I remember at the Living Seas was the slow moving cars that take you from the elevators (Hydrolators) to Seabase Alpha. You ride them through the aquarium, with windows all around you. They're still running though, right?

20,000 Leagues! So many people I talk to are still upset about that.

There was a show that played at the Tomorrowland Theater in the 80s/early 90s called "Disney World Is Your World." It went through each land of the park and the Kids of the Kingdom sang songs from each land. It had tons of characters and a great song:

"Disney World / Disney World
For every boy and every girl
A happy ever after world
Disney World is your world...."

It went on and on and I remember all the words. There was a great Tomorrowland song with very few words but it was so catchy. I loved it and I miss it greatly. I really liked most of the shows they put on at the Tomorrowland Theater.

Personally (and I'm sure the flames will begin), I hate the shows that take place in front of the castle. I don't like the mass group of standing folks having to strain their necks in order to see things. I wish they'd put more shows on at the Tomorrowland Theater.

I don't know of one for WDW, but for DL there is http://www.yesterland.com. I love this site. The same person who directed me here showed me this place too. There may be a link for a similar WDW site.

Mr. Toad, I may have to make a trip to DL as this was my favorite in Fastasyland.

Thanks! Since DL is the park I went to growing up I'm sure that I'll have a lot of fun at this site.

Does anyone know of something similar for WDW?

I miss the Skyway, the Main Street Electrical Parade, and mostly the Main Street Arcade (I'm one who prefers the older electromechanical games over today's digital solid state games).
