I laughed when USA fell, yet she got a uber high score......now what I don't understand....

we see them all hanging out in Mexico and they obvisoulsy talk b/c they had to be able to vote a miss congenility (sp??) But yet they need the questions to be translated, and the translators can remember everything so perfectly? If you think about ti not everything adds up....
