Miss matched luggage tags?

i recently got my magic bands for my up comming trip.(18 days!)
I got red and green magic bands and was looking forward to a red Minnie Mouse and green goofy luggage tags.but I was kinda disappointed when I opened the box to find a gray and purple luggage tag. :/ this is probbly something so stupid but anyone know if it’s possible to change the luggage tags I got? If not it’s fine I am just wondering! Also has any one else had this problem??

I do not believe so. Also I got all grey tags with my Xmas promo bands. So atleast u got some purple

Those bands you got are GORGEOUS! I’d take any color or even NO luggage tags for those bands...lol

All you can really do is make or buy your own luggage tags in colors you like.

The same thing happened to me. We got orange and green magic bands. Should have gotten Pluto and Goofy tags. Instead I got the purple tag and the orange tag had Donald on it. He used to be on a blue tag. I’m so confused!

Our luggage tags matched our bands when we received them about a month ago but I don’t know if Disney still provides the clear loop straps to attach the luggage bag? We didn’t get any of those and I remember, although it has been many years since we have been there, that they used to provide these loops with the luggage tags. If they don’t provide them anymore what do you use to attach your luggage tied to your suitcase ?

Try digging through the box some more, I remember they were sort of hard to find in there. Like shoved down on one side and you had to pull out some stuff to get them out.

We got the clear plastic loops for all our trips since 2014. They are stashed inside the magic band box so I think sometimes people toss the box and may miss them. We got new bands for trips in 2016 and 2017.
