It's on CMT right now. Who wins? Is this a repeat like the Mrs America pageant?

If there was a scary movie on, I'd be watching, but this is the next best thing

I believe it is a repeat from earlier this year (like winter/spring sometime). I forgot who wins though. I used to be a Miss America junkie back in the 80s/early 90s. I don't really like what it has become.
