Hi everyone! This question is for the ticket experts. I just renewed APs online for Dh and I. In the purchase process, I noticed that our MDE "characters" were switched. For instance, I am usually Snow White in MDE and DH is Mickey... They were switched. I thought it wasn't a big deal and made the purchase. It wouldn't allow me to correct it anyway.
Now on MDE, the APs show with links to "Reassign Ticket". When I click on it, it shows who the ticket is currently assigned to and asks me to match it. However, only the spouse is available as a choice ( so I cannot match my current ticket to me, only to DH and vice versa). Does the system recognize that the tickets were switched and should I make the changes in the Reassign Ticket link? I don't want to make a mess of our tickets.
