See, if they had done any other characters I'd be all in. I cannot stand Minnie (probably because her voice sounds like my assistant principal's and...EW!).

Another great reason to take a Minnie Van over an uber/lyft is that Minnie Vans are accessible they have vans that can accept 1 wheelchair/scooter/ecv and vans that can accept 2 wheelchairs/scooters/ecv they are great for accommodating those with mobility devices. Typically I cannot find an Uber or Lyft that can accommodate my family plus my wheelchair so it’s not really an option at all, and though Minnie Vans can be expensive some times of the day it’s much easier to call a Minnie Van over using the bus system.

I do have a question though, when we first started using Minnie Vans it was a flat fee w/tip included now that it’s a flat fee + mileage is the tip still included or is a tip expected now?

The tip is not included with Uber or Lyft either. But a 15% tip on 11$ is better than a tip of $35, at least from the standpoint from the person paying!

You need to review both companies' WAV availability, along with the instructions for requesting said vehicle.

Sorry, by tip included I just meant when it first launched you didn’t have to tip the driver I just didn’t word it correctly, but now that they accept tips I will be sure to make sure to carry some cash for that.

I have researched it and still haven’t been able to ever get an accessible ride (outside of the Minnie Vans), I’ll continue to research it though for future trips.

Minnie's whole thing IS the polka dots. They TOTALLY decorate like Minnie.

We almost always park hop, go back to the resort for a pool break around lunch time, and go to a different resort for dinner. I hate Disney bus system so we usually will take Uber/Lyft when we are traveling to different locations. Last trip (before the switch to current pricing) we used Minnie vans 3 or 4 times and I thought it well worth the $25, especially since we had a couple of less than magical Uber/Lyft rides--one driver got lost twice going from AK to Yacht Club, and one car had old chicken wings bones in the backseat floor. But I'm not paying $35 for Minnie vans, and will stick with Uber/Lyft next trip. Except maybe when we go to MK--really like the drop off/pick up situation there.
