Minnie Vans and MK

I'm trying to find the least stressful way to get to MK from the Beach Club (we usually drive to TTC and then take the ferry) and am considering a Minnie Van. A couple questions...

1. What time should we anticipate leaving to get there for RD? In the past (15+ trips) we've arrived pretty much at opening, but we'd like to get there earlier this trip to really take advantage of the shorter lines first thing in the morning.
2. Is there a way to indicate at the time of booking that I need a booster and a car seat? Will they already be installed and ready to go, or should I plan on extra time to install them once the van arrives?

Thanks!

On our past few trips we've had days where the Minnie Vans (and Uber/Lyft) were so busy before rope drop that we had extended waits. We've noted that often the best option for being at the front of the pack for Early Early is being at the bus stop early enough to get on that first bus of the day.

All Minnie Vans are equipped with two car seats but they are stored in the back and are not installed until your driver arrives to pick you up. Once when we got into a Minnie Van immediately after another party exited, there was an installed car seat because that family had just been using it. That's the only time I've ever seen one installed in advance (out of something like 75 Minnie Van rides). The drivers are trained to install the seats safely. They are relatively fast at it.

Minnie Vans are great when they're available. If they aren't available when you need them they aren't always going to be your fastest option.

I would order the MV 45-60 mins ahead of time, this could result in you arriving noticeably before rope drop but if you try to get too close to RD you won't be able to get a MV without a long wait. It's a fine line, there is a lot of MV availability until the minute there isn't and that minute changes.

Fwiw I don't think they start running until 6:30am.

Thank you! We’ll probably stick to driving ourselves like usual then.
