Minnie Mouse has a spiffy new makeover!

She gets new outfits for all kinds of events. This is far from the first and won't be the last.
Oh good. I was just concerned when the OP (NIC as I refer to him  ) showed regular clothes vs "new" clothes. But if she wears "new" clothes all the time......I have just missed the clothing of cartoon character threads apparently.

Some people are trying to make a "thing" out of it, but it's really not. I think the term "pantsuit" triggers some people. 🙄

Yeah, this is just for the character to wear in the park at Disneyland Paris for a limited time. They also announced new outfits for Mickey and friends for DLP's 30th anniversary celebration the other day, but that got no uproar because Minnie is in a dress, I guess. It's still a different outfit than the classic red polka dots.

Clearly I am an oddball, I thought it was cute.

I'd like it, except for the coloring. It just needs something to make it pop a little more. It's just too dark overall. It's not that terrible to me though - maybe it will look better as an actual costume.

Not a fan. I do not like the colors. Glad to hear it is only for a specific event.

It's tres chic! I'd love to go to Disneyland Paris and see this kind of fun, temporary change. I would have liked a Chanel Tweed jacket a lot more but it's still a fun fashion nod by Stella and the stripes and dots together make it kind of crazy outfit that only a cartoon named Minnie could pull off.

The pantsuit is just one of the outfits. I believe the official costume for the 30th anniversary is a pink/lavender iridescent dress.

I feel like the pant suit (for me) isn't the issue. The issue is her personality. This outfit doesn't remind me of Minnie and in fact seems like maybe it's her long lost Aunt? Her personality is she's a silly girly girl!! I wish if they planned to change it (Paris or not) they kept with her colors and polka dots. It's iconic. I also don't think when I see this suit 'Oh this is Minnie if she was in Paris'. Nope, not at all. Paris is normally high fashion. I don't see that in this outfit. Wonder how much she got paid to design it?!

I don't like the idea of changing a character as much as they have with her. Once they are able to do that, the sky is the limit. I'm an adult, I can get over it. A three year old may not recognize Minnie in that outfit with those colors. Disney is about the emotional attachment. Seems like somehow we have lost sight of the mouse lately. Im nervous of the new direction Disney seems to be headed.

Maybe I am just being uber sensitive since life is such a mess right now. I like that I know what I will get with Disney. It was the escape of the hectic world. Change can be hard.

Lawyer Minnie doesn't really work for me. Like others have said, it doesn't match her personality at all. I LIKE black and blue together though!

It's not my favorite color combination, blue and black. Other than that, I can't really say I'm thinking about it at all.
