Does anyone know where I can buy this ring box? Or anyone that makes this ring box? I can't find it anywhere and would love to propose with it to my girl.

I searched pretty extensively and found this:

It's pretty much the same, minus the bow, which you could add on a lot more easily than trying to do the whole thing from scratch. I will say, I have never heard of the website I found it on, let alone purchased anything from it, but it may be worth a try.
