Is the character meal at PPH with minnie and friends buffet only? Or can you oredr al-a-carte? My DH LOVES a big breakfast, but it would be wasted on me....I would be fine with toast and juice! Also....how much is the buffet/meal?:p

If I remember correctly, this is one of the few character meals where this an option of the buffet or a la carte (the GC breakfast with Chip & Dale might be the same).

There aren't many characters at the meal - I recall Minnie, Max, and one other (Pluto?). I think there might have only been 3 characters at the meal. But we thought the food was really good - really good made to order omelets on the buffet.

I believe Daisy is usually the other character.

Sorry everyone. Had a little problem with my browser freezing up. I posted this 3x. I tried to delete but it's not allowing me to.

Sorry again. For some reason it is saying that I do not have permission to delete my own post.

We love the PCH grill. I took my daughter in January and she absolutely loved it. The characters present were Minnie, Daisy, Goofy, Max and Pluto. They were all wonderful and played limbo with all the kids.

You can order items a la carte. I had a wonderful croissant sandwich which came with potatoes and a little fruit. It was 9.99.

It is a must do. Have a great time.

That's ok MandaMom,
The absolutely adorable picture of (I assume) your DD more than makes up for it. :D Very Cute!

We were just there last month. I ordered a la carte, and got my son the Mickey Mouse pancakes for $8 or so. I think I spent around $30 (my fault for ordering items not on menu- although you *would* think that eggs, toast and bacon would be listed, heh.

We saw Goofy, Max, Pluto and Minnie. It was great, and I am so glad we went. The Buffet was around $20 a person.

Order some orange juice, it tastes like it's freeze squeezed and they offer free refills.::yes::

The breakfast is AWESOME. I think this is one of Disneyland's best things to do. My daughter got to meet Max and Minnie and she loved them. We all ate off the a la carte menu and they still came around to greet her. We have done this twice now and always a great experience. And yes, the orange juice is great...I think it tastes fresh squeezed too :)

thanks lulubelle

the picture in my signature is actually from the PCH grill Minnie and Friends breakfast. All the characters are in bright neon colored beach/summer California surf (I think) themed costumes.
