I get emails for Groupons for Minneapolis and Des Moines. Today's Groupon deal for Minneapolis was a RT flight on Sun Country for $180. (it has a value for any ticket up to $300). It has to be used by November 21st. If you have your dates booked and no flights, it might work for you.

Also, they have a RT flight for Cancun and Cozumel (up to a $650 value) for $320.

Yeah, I got excited when I saw that too, but then I read it had to be fore travel before 11/21/11, and our trip isn't until 12/5/11!

I looked at it for us, but it said no travel on Sunday. And our trip is Sat to the following Sunday!

We just booked our air for October a couple of weeks ago. Only paid $100 more than that per ticket

Oh well, looks like we'll see a lot of you in October. We leave on the 13th and return the 25th. Though not in Disney the whole time.

So, TwinsFan, do you ever combine Disney/DVC trips with spring training? We do that every other March and are doing it in 2012.

FYI, all you MN folks, Sun Country is usually the BEST way to get down there. We used to love the times NWA had, but Delta has changed it so much, that now we find we like Sun Country best.

FYI, all you MN folks, Sun Country is usually the BEST way to get down there. We used to love the times NWA had, but Delta has changed it so much, that now we find we like Sun Country best.

Our last trip we used Delta and had a late flight coming in, arrived at 11pm. That was by our choice however.

I have found that Airtran has been a nice alternative to Delta.

It was not the "featured" Groupon with the graphic at the top. It was one of those down below. I actually missed it too but we had already booked on Delta anyway. Check your email trash folder and see if the Groupon for June 1 is in there. Associated Eye Care is at the top of mine and Sun Country down below. I learned a lesson: scroll down to see all of the offers, not just the one on top.

Ah-ha. Now I see it. At least I didn't miss out, since we're traveling on a Friday and couldn't have used it. Since I travel so much for work, I usually stick to Delta anyway, and may use miles to purchase our November trip.
