Minions at HRH Breakfast?

Hello: We will be there for my daughter's birthday in April and she would like to have breakfast with the Minions (even though she's 27!). Her birthday is on a Tuesday and it looks like HRH is the only place they have it on Tuesdays. Does anyone know if the Minions are there for sure?

sunday it is held with the characters at rpr dining room

i did read on the uo site the days of the week where you can eat breakfast with the minionions.

Not sure they actually guarantee any one particular character though, haven't heard from anyone who didn't see a minion.
