I have a quick question regarding the DDP - is there a minimum number of nights required to purchase the DDP? I'll be going next year but only wanted to get the plan for 1 night (staying DVC and no park admission, pre-cruise), is this possible? I thought I had read somewhere it was a minimum of 2 nights but now that I'm looking for it I can't find it anywhere . . . :confused3

There is no minimum stay required for DVC members staying on points to add the dining plan to their room reservation. Nor is there a requirement to purchase park tickets. You must contact Member Services to add the plan at least two days prior to the date you check in.

I never heard that there was a minimum. In fact I recall being told by Member Services that there was no minimum. Things could have changed by now as I have not used the dining plan in over a year, nor do I have further interest in using it.

With the free dining it is usually 3 nights stay from what I've seen. I have seen minimum nights of stay for 3 nights for some of the packages as well.
