That is correct to receive member benefits. However the restrictions on which resorts points can be used at is tied to the way those points were purchased. So owning 75 points direct won’t make all resale points eligible to book at future resorts (or outside its home for Riviera). These were the January 2019 restrictions.

Thank you so much for your confirmation. I purchased my resale prior to the January 2019 restrictions, so I should be ok booking future resorts.

Yeah as long as submitted for ROFR by 1/19/19 they are grandfathered in for you.
