Minimum age limit for Ressies?

How old does one need to be to have a DVC ressie?
The reason I ask is that we will be bringing our babysitter down to stay with us in May for our post cruise stay at SSR.
We will be reserving a Studio for us (4) and 1 for her.
She is 16, and I was wondering if this will be a problem.
She will be arriving a few hours before we get back from the port, so I was going to put her on the ressie so that she could sign in for her room ect. while waiting for us to arrive from the port.
If it could not be done, we would put it in our name and she would just have to wait for us to arrive.

Any thoughts?

For DVC it's 18. You could list one of you in her unit then it would not be a problem from a check in standpoint. It could be if you're getting the DDP but not for both rooms. They will not let her check in to the unit without you though.
