Minimum age for lounges

If our family goes into a hotel or resort lounge to eat, does everyone have to be over 21?

No. Kids even even sit at the bar

No, except for Trader Sam's. At 8 pm, they will ask for all minors to leave, that is the only time I've seen age restriction enforced the lounges.
