I noticed on our reservation confirmation that it says we get a miniature golf voucher. Do we get one for everyone in the room? We have a res for 4(2A, 2C). Is it for free mini golf? Where is the mini golf and how do we get there? We are staying at the beach club and looking for things to do on our day off. Anyone else take advantage of this offer?

The 2007 voucher was for one free round of mini-golf for just one person in your group....not everyone in the group. There are two mini-golf courses.

I can't help with the best way to get there 'cause we always say we are going to play but we get too busy doing other things. I'm sure somebody who knows the best way will chime in here.

The Fantasia course is just west of the Swan/Dolphin hotels, so would be walking distance from the Beach Club. It's a fun course.

Easiest way to get to Fantasia course is to walk, its right across the road from the Swan, its a really fun course! (We even got to see some of illuminations at night!)

DM and I are planning on trying out the Wintersummerland course this trip, and from what we've been told, the only way to get there (aside from driving yourself) is to take a bus to BB and walk.

Fantasia would be the best miniature golf course for you. It's walking distance from the Beach Club. To get there, go out the entrance at the lkae and make a right. Walk by the Yacht Club, voer the bridge at the Dolphin and then make a right after that to go past the Swan on your left. Go by the Swan quiet pool to your left and when you get to the beach area, the walkway will turn to the left. Turn with it. Fantasia will be straight ahead and across the street.

There are two courses. The Fairways course is like a real golf course and you'll pass that on your walk after you cross the street. That will give you an idea of what the course is like. The Gardens course is more like a tradtional miniature golf course with danicing hippos, etc.

The Gardens course is slightly challenging for adults and challenings for the kids. The Fairways course is VEY challenging for adults and kids will have a tough time. The Gardens course takes about an hour to an hour and a half to play. For the Fairways course, plan at least two hours.

What about if I'm staying with kids at AS Sports? Which minigolf course is the most convenient to get to from Sports if I want to use up my free minigolf coupons?

Hi! We played at the WinterSummerland mini golf course last month. It was easy to get to...just take the bus that goes to Blizzard Beach/Animal Kingdom. Get off at Blizzard Beach. It's right there! It was a very fun and easy course. You can choose whether you want to play the winter side or the summer side. We did both. The second round is half price.

The Winterland/Summerland course would be the best for you. As mentioned, take the bus to Blizzard Beach which is just up the road from All Stars. It is NOT within walking distance.

We found the Winterland/Summerland courses to be less challenging for adults but great for the kids. The courses are the typical miniature golf courses only themed for the two different seasons.

Sounds like Winter Summerland is easy to get to from AS Sports, but I've heard that Fantasia is a better minigolf course. Is Fantasia better than Winter Summerland, especially for kids ages 7 and 11?

We got our voucher with our trip paperwork from Disney travel. One round/one person. Since I had just upgraded my ticket to an annual pass, I used the voucher for one adult, the pass discount for the other adult, and paid full price for the kids. We went to WinterSummerland on our way out of the Animal Kingdom by car. An easy trip. The course was very interesting, but easy enough for the kids (including my 4 1/2 year old) to enjoy. A fairly quick play at little over an hour. If we weren't on our way to the train station, we'd have done the other side after finishing the first.

Just used my voucher last weekend. It came with the trip paperwork to our home. Fun course, we played Fantasa (sp)

What if two people want to play mini golf and both of them have a voucher? Has anyone had any experience with that?

The Winterland/Summerland course is cute and very unique in its theme (DS/DH chose the winter side). The voucher is only for one person and it is a bit pricey, but a nice change of pace. We actually spent our last day in AK, left, ate, and went to putt-putt before leaving the area. We actually plan to go back the next trip!:goodvibes

We used our putt putt golf vouchers this week. The kids loved both the winter and summer courses. It was a great 1-hour break from the crowds at the theme parks. Nicely themed course with Disney characters and kid-pleasing surprises like squirting-water-bridge.
