Mini Wedding Cake at GF

I have a private dining experience set up at GF and I wanted to order a mini-wedding cake as DH and I will be celebbrating our 5 year anniversary. When I asked her what I might expect she told me that I can either have chocolate, yellow, or cheesecake. And there would be a little mini castle on the top.

This is not exactly what I was looking for but she did not give me any other options. Do I have any? I have seen pictures of these cakes and I am not really fond of them. There is nothing wrong with them, just not what I would like. Can anyone give me any info on what other kinds of cakes I can get for this?

Pictures would be helpful as well.
