Yay!! I can't believe I am starting a new TR already!!!!!! I JUST finished my honeymoon TR last night and now I am 9 days away from a mini-trip!
If you haven't read my last TR, please join in over there and read! It's fun, I promise, and filled with TONS of pictures!!
You can find it HERE ...
Honeymoon WDW/DCL Trip Report!
Okay a little background...
I am a Disney fanatic. First trip was at 18 months and I've now lost count of the amount of times I've gone. It's somewhere around 17 or 18 by now. My husband was a WDW virgin until he met me! Our first trip was summer 2006 - 8 days, our second was summer 2007 - 10 days, (our engagement trip!), our third was winter 2008 - 4 days, and our most recent trip was this past summer - 14 days, if you include the cruise, immediately following our wedding! (Again, please read the TR!)
I am so excited for this trip, because like the winter 2008 trip, it is only 4 days. It is so hot and crowded when we go in the summer that we honestly felt like we got more done in our winter 4 day trip than our summer 10 day!
It's hard to go in the "off-season" as I am a teacher, but I took 2 personal days and am leaving next Friday morning! (Which happens to be the morning AFTER Back To School Night!) Because of that, I've never done MNSSHP OR Food and Wine and I can't WAIT!!!!!!
Here are some pics of us throughout the years....
I actually don't have a pic from 2006 uploaded to my computer!! So unlike me! But I can't find one anywhere!
2007 (moments after we got engaged)
2008
2009 ~ This picture describes our perfect WDW day. In Epcot with a margarita!!!
Before I go any further, I have mention another reason why this trip comes at the perfect time for us. Our beloved cat of 9 years passed away last week, after being sick for 2 weeks. We tried everything we could to help him but it was just his time. We miss him terribly, especially at night, in the morning and when I get home from work. He would always greet me at the door so it's sad to walk into a lonely apartment. So, we really need to get away and enjoy ourselves after a couple of weeks of turmoil!
His name was Jack, named after Jack Skellington, but we more often called him Browsy, refering to the sound he made when he "talked" to us.
Here's that handsome face!
Okay, sad part over!!
Alright, I did a LOT of blabbing and NOT too many pics....I promise, it's usually the other way around!!!
Up Next: Who we're going with!! And hopefully more pics!
