Mini Tarts

does anyone have any recipes for mini tarts? i just bought a box mini tart pans but don't know what to make in them! i thought of mini apple pies but now i'm stuck! please help!

Do you mean like mini-muffin tins? If so, I have several recipes I can share - just LMK!

well, sort of. They look like mini versions of regular tart pans.

You can do mini quiches easily -- just cut pie dough to fit the tart pan and fill with your egg mixture.
