Mini potato head pieces and parts -buy them where?

Bit too late I think, but they are at Downtown Disney in World of Toys.

I was hoping that with CA being done, they'd bring them back to DLR, and I'm sad to know they still haven't. We love doing this at WDW!

I read an article on the Babes in Disneyland blog stating they had no plans to return them to Disneyland.

In WDW we got them in the toy store in DTD.
