Mini fridges at WL?

Just wondering if any of the standard rooms at WL have mini fridges included or on request?

They are in the room and are free.

I've heard a few reports of people having to "request" them when they get to their rooms and don't have one. Not sure if this is the case lately, but they bring them up immediately.
