Mindflex? Does it work?

My DS7 really wants this game but I'm not sure if it is a piece of junk or actually works. Anyone have this game? Any opinions.

My dd wants this too so I looked on Amazon's reviews. Based on those I decided it is not worth the high price tag so we'll wait for it to be in the Target's 75% toy sale in January

We were just discussing this at work today... A woman I work with was going out to look for one for her grandkids. Apparently she has a friend who has 2 of them and swears they really do work (as to how you actually get the ball to move, she didn't know). I didn't speak to the woman who has one first hand though... I am just going by the woman I work with.

My kids have been begging for it as well...maybe the mind control is really in the commercials and they have brainwashed all of our kids into wanting it so they can get our money

Well you are not really moving the ball but powering the fans per say. It picks up on the electricity your brain waves produce and the more intense thought the higher the charge and faster the fan speed . The faster the fan the higherthe ball raises. Havent had a xhance to check this out personally but there are much cooler similar type games coming onto the market soon. I will see if I can go find the links.

He he! I agree! I think kiddos would be let down to actually find out this is watching a ping pong ball float over a fan! And for such a spendy price, too!!!

I have asked a few kids what they think...they agree that it looks cool but that they would get pretty bored with it after a few days.
My DS7 wants it, too, but there is more appropriate, interesting stuff to buy!

The commercials will stop at Christmas, and everyone will forget about it.
