I have paid for my cruise and can book things from next month

What is best to book as soon as?

palo brunch and dinner
Excursions

Anything I have forgot?

Drink tastings have to be booked on board?

Re palo etc what does this come under when logged in as cant find it

Booked on hawaii cruise but can't find any on board gifts allowed as port depart from not on there

Yes Palo brunch and dinner and shore trips.

Palo is under adult activities.

Any shore trips involving animals or sport, dolphin interactions and European shore trips all sell fast.

Mixology the drink tastings are booked at guest services.

They are debits to your ship account, and you do not pay in advance.

Drink tasting answered above. Only on board booking unless you want to organise your own.

I have answered above, palo and shore trips you not not pay in advance they debit your stateroom account onboard.

Drink tastings can only be booked onboard unless you book a group event as above.

This is my first Disney cruise but I cannot find any availability at all for the sports simulators. If it is something you want, you might want to look into that as soon as you can.
