Min And Bills in DMGM??

I saw the menu items in allears and it looks like they have a short menu with no kids. The food looks good but can't remember where it is exactly. I was told near American Idol but haven't been there since Toy story ride went in. Where approximately is this CS??

Facing the big hat, American Idol is to your left and you can't miss it. The restaurant (it is really more like a kiosk) is directly across from the American Idol building, next to the lake.
