Mimi's Cafe Harbor Blvd

Has anybody eaten here ? what was the food, Service and prices like. Would appreciate any opinions,

I haven't been to the Mimi's on South Harbor, however we have a couple of the restaurants here locally so I've eaten there a few times. The food is good, but I'm not sure where to put it pricewise. They have a sort of New Orleans style theme, so there's a lot of entrees in that style, though there's more standard fare, too.

Same as JenniBarra, I've eaten at other Mimi's in the chain but not this one. Entrees are in the $8 - $15 range, definitely a casual and moderate restaurant, nothing fancy. The food is pretty good too.

I have eaten in the one in San Diego and I love it. Very good soups and salads and a fairly wide variety in their menu. It is not a cheap place to eat like Dennys - I think it the prices are like Coco's or Marie Calendars maybe a bit more expensive for some things.

I ate at the Mimi's on Harbor this past May. Low to moderate prices, excellent service, good food, pleasant atmosphere. Definitely one of the better choices along Harbor.

In a word...YUM! It's one of our favorites and a great diversion from the usual "park fare." Try the corn chowder here...you won't be disappointed! Here's a link to their menu:

I agree with Party Teacher - YUM.
We have one locally (we are north of San Francisco). I think it is a cut above your normal chain restaurant. LOTS of choices. Try the bread pudding for dessert...and the spinach & artichoke dip...and the french onion soup...they even have breakfast.

<font color=navy>I would put Mimi's a step & a half above Denny's - it's a nice restaurant with a nice atmosphere - not fancy, just nice ... it's also more than Denny's, but in my opinion, worth it.

I haven't eaten at that particular one, which is the cutest building by the way. I have eaten at one in Livermore. The food was suprisingly good! We all loved our meals and the food tasted really fresh. I definately recommend it!
