Unless I'm missing something, it doesn't exist any more. It was there for the Millennium Celebration.October 1, 1999 through at least January 1, 2001. It was a temporary structure that housed interactive exhibits and a food court for some countries that are not part of World Showcase. From WDWIG archives:Millennium Village

After the Millennium celebration came to an end this huge building is now used for conferences and large private groups/parties. It was used for the big pin celebration in 2001, and was suppose to be used last year for the big pin celebration 2002, but there was a mix up and it got over booked. We did have our private breakfast there. Usually the only thing regular guest see of this now is the huge big brown gates between the UK and Canada.

When I was there last month, a large group was coming out of it, looked like a convention. They were headed over to a roped off spot between the shops in the front of the world showcase for Illuminations. They all had name tags & drinks in their hands. We were wondering if we could blend in....

In December 2001, they had a doll & teddy bear convention in it, we went in to see an appearance by Marie Osmond. It's just one large room now, the partitions are all gone.

This past New Year's eve it was used as a location for a big buffet dinner with entertainment. I didn't go there but heard very good things about it.
