Does anyone have any inside scoop at TRU?? I want to know if this will be going on sale again anytime soon. 2 weeks ago it was 50% off, and I called 8 different TRUs and they were all sold out. I called back everyday to see if any were on the trucks for the overnight shipment, and never found one. But... shocking the day the sale ended I could find them everywhere!! I really don't want to pay $160 for this ship.. Anyone know anything?

This doesn't help you one bit I just have to vent. Last year I bought that ship for regular price. After christmas it was 75% off at Target! Oh well. I hope that you find it on sale.

Ugh I paid full price for this ship. My DS 6 really wants this for Christmas so I decided that I couldn't wait for a sale because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find one closer to christmas. So I drove the hour drive to our nearest Toysrus (because no one else carried it at the time). They only had two in the store and told me they were'nt going to get anymore in. Yeah I know I have sucker stamped on my forehead.LOL But my son will get his ship and I guess thats what counts.. right?

I am not sure if this helps you but...

I got at costco for my 6 year old the Millenium Falcon Galactic Hero ship for $20. He loves the Galactic hero and so I am sure he will prefer this to the bigger one. He does have a normal one b/c my mom saved my brother's toys from way back when but he prefers his galactic ships to the older ones.

I called TRU and they did tell me that it is being discontinued, so I guess if I can find it anywhere I should pick it up. I just really hate spending that much money for it. I did think about the galactic hero one. He does love his galactic heros, but the big one is the one he wants. We'll see....
