Milkshakes

On the dining plan are milkshakes & smoothies allowed at any TS for your beverage choice, NOT as your dessert?
If you have gotten it, where was it at?

TS as in table service (I still have trouble with some abbrevations and I don't see that one listed on the wdwinfo site), I would presume the sci-fi shakes are included as a beverage, as they are listed as beverages there. I'm not sure though.
