Milkshakes at Sci Fi? On DDP??

Hi! My ds loves milk shakes and I am wondering if this will be covered on the DDP? Thanks for any help!

When we were there last year children (3-9) had to use the milkshake as their dessert. Adults (10+) did not, it counted as a beverage.

It seems like it varies from server to server, day to day etc...

When we were there a year ago, our server let all of us have milkshakes as our beverage. (Even brought a cup for my DD2) When we were there in March, we were told that our kids could have it as their dessert and we (the adults) would be charged for them since they were not part of the DDP.

I didn't argue, but I wish they would just decide a position and be done with it!

We were there in May and our server told us we could have the milkshake as our DDP beverage but our DD could not.
