Milk, Milk, Milk - my 17 yo DD only drinks milk

I know that she can order milk with a meal at a restaurant but what about when we are at the hotel? Even though she has a refillable mug, she won't drink any of the stuff from the 'fountain' - only milk. Will I have to buy her milk at the resorts?

Milk is not an option with the refillable mugs. If you buy a CS meal, you are entitled to a drink and could get a bottle of milk. If you are all getting meals, you could stock up on milk and use your mugs for drinks.

The resorts will have milk (1/2 gal.) in the gift shop, too. You could fill her refillable mug with milk from your room fridge.

I'm sure you could use a snack credit for an individual carton or bottle of milk, too.

Milk is an extra cost. Depending on the resort you are staying, you can buy a half gallon for about $3.00 in the store and keep in room fridge. Just ask for empty courtesy cups at the QS location to keep in room for the milk.

I just returned from a trip with my granddaughter (2 yr old), only drinks milk or apple juice. Since I had the free mug, and I drink soft drinks anyway, every time we ate at the food court, I either got a milk (the 16 oz size - chocolate and strawberry milk is included too) or an apple juice. I brought them back to the room and she drank all week with no problems.

If the rest of you drink soft drinks or the drinks available with the mug, you could each get a 16 oz milk with your meal for your daughter and that would give her lots of milk!!!

Perfect tip!!! You are right, our QS meals will come with a drink anyway so we'll get the milks and stash them away for her in the fridge. I never had a fridge before and always had to buy a disposable cooler to use while there. This is going to be even better with a fridge!!
