Military Tickets

My question is for my mom actually, but here it is:

My dad is NOT going with us to WDW, but he is in the military(Nat'l Gaurd). Currently NOT on active duty, is there a discount for my mom with her dependant Military ID and if so what is it? She will need a ticket for 6 days/park hopper.
