Military Ticket Question

We purchased the military exchange tickets, but have not yet exchanged them for park tickets. We do have a MyDisneyExperience thing on the disney website, and have our hotel, airfare, and meals planned.

Can we reserve our Fast Pass tickets without having the actual park tickets yet?

there should be a number on the voucher you can use to link them to MDE.

Did you buy the salute tickets? Are they green? If yes then you can link them to MDE before you activate them.
