Military ticket question

Just wondering if I can use disney gift cards for tickets at the park gate ?i would assume its just like buying regular tickets at the gate but my mother is worrying that it's different. I told her I would ask the disney experts on here! TIA!!!

Unless you are getting the gift cards at about 7 percent or more off, it might be better to get the mil tix at Shades of Green (near the Polynesian sp?) because the purchase is tax free at SOG.

We were able to save 5% cause the cards were bought at target with our debit card. Can you use the gift cards at SOG also?

Since SOG is run by the military, like a PX or commissary a little bit, I do not believe they take Disney gift cards. Glad to hear you got the 5 percent discount on your gift cards. I would have done a follow up a little quicker but I have not been on the boards for a couple of days. Glad CF answered your question.
