Military/Florida Resident Discount WDW Tickets?

We are looking for a 4 or 5 day park hopper for a friend who is a Florida resident and eligible for a military discount. We are also DVC members. Any ideas on how to get the cheapest tickets? I am thinking that is the best bet is just to use the Florida discount. Thanks!

There is currently a Disney Play 4 Days pass for Florida residents. It costs $159 plus tax and is good for any 4 days for 6 months from first use. Your friend would have to be present and show a Florida id.

SoG offers a Stars and Stripes ticket that's really good if you plan to hit the water parks and PI alot. Other than that ticket, they basically offer tax free tickets based on WDW standard prices. Still nice but most of the time Mousesavers Newsletter discount w/ Undercover Tourist is better. Or at least it has been whenever I checked, YMMV~

I think you're probably right, that she will do best with the Forida Resident discount.

For ticket price references, I always turn to AllEarsNet.com and do the comparison.

Just remember that there is no tax on tickets purchased through the military. When you look at Disney on-line, they don't include the tax in the number they give (even for FL residents), and the 6 or 7% can start to add up.
