Military Discount for Tickets

My parents are coming with us next month. My dad is retired military, so he can buy hoppers with a discount, right?

I checked the SoG website, are the prices listed including tax? Is this the only way of getting these discounted tickets, by buying them at SoG?

He can also go to his closest base and purchase them beforehand at the Rec Services/ACS/etc.

Like Belle1962 said, have your dad check with his nearest MWR os base recreational facility for tickets...sometimes they're cheaper than SOG. I had someone in Jacksonville, FL, pick up my tickets and send them to me because they were selling them a lot cheaper than SOG.

Thanks, guys!! I'll tell him to check it out. It will be easier than taking a trip over to SoG, since we probably won't have a car this time.

Just FYI regarding the ease of getting over to SoG...

SoG is closed for renovations until Dec 2003. In the interim, SoG has set up a room in the Contemporary where you can get discount tickets. The room number should be on the SoG website, but I remember it's on the 3rd floor, and is open from 0800 to 2100 daily.
