Military 4 day tickets question

The Military tickets states they can be used until Oct 3, 2015.

It says nothing about having to use them within 14 days after activation, at least not where I can find anyway.

Do they have to be used within a certain amount of time once activated?

It has been our experience that they can be used anytime during the period - even over multiple visits.

This isn't for me. We are not military, but a friend who has never been to Disney is asking me for advice, and I don't have all the answers for the military end of things. They are retired military.

She will be thrilled to hear this as they can only go 3 days this trip, but her sister lives nearby and so she may plan a 2nd trip before the tickets expire.
