Our zip code changed recently, and I tried to change it on the Milesource site. I have points to redeem, but I don't want to do it until I change the address. It won't change it!!
I e-mailed customer service, and was told that I was doing it wrong, to not leave any fields blank. I did exactly what they said, and it still won't change.
Is there some secret that I'm missing?
